nothing to complain about, liked my stay at this hotel and would book here again. it was in the central location in the middle of jackson. there were lots of restaurants to eat, like trattoria ciao italia that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a stunning green and grey stone wall. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was spacious. Despite being in a historic downtown area, the room was quiet and soundproof. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help, even though English communication was difficult. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and attentive staff.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful in giving us advice on navigating around the hotel and this city. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the spacious shower room and the quiet environment that allowed us to get a good rest after a long day of exploring. The cleanliness was also top-notch, with the room and hotel kept exceptionally clean and well-kept. Additionally, the hotel is located in a convenient location that made transportation a breeze.

Celebrated New Year in a hotel. The food was fabulous and had a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-kept, and the shower was huge.

The hotel was not very wheelchair friendly. The bar was closed, and there was no room service available.

The luxurious amenities in this hotel fulfilled my every need. the exclusive room advantages such as the spacious shower and comfortable bed with character were spotless and beautifully appointed. the staff was extremely attentive and couldn't do enough for me. the food menu was surprisingly extensive and every dish tasted fabulous. the location advantages of this venue were perfect for exploring the city.

Although the staff attempted to help where possible with questions about the area & getting around, communicating was difficult as most native speakers do not speak English. this minor issue was quickly forgotten as they more than made up for it with their exceptional service.
